My approach utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help with traumas and PTSD. I offer talk therapy interventions in the form of Brief Solutions-Focused Therapy, Prolong Exposure, and Motivational Interviewing Techniques.
