Paths to healing are not necessarily straight paths and can be filled with complex emotions and thoughts along the journey. Through this process, you will learn things about yourself and my hope is that you will find more love, patience, and empathy for yourself. Whatever you have been through in your life, the research on counseling has shown that it can help. If you are looking for a non-judgemental approach, you are in the right place.

My name is Nia Wolfe, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with CAADC and QIDP credentials. I have extensive experience and training in DBT, TF-CBT and Motivational Interviewing styles of therapy. I am familiar with using therapeutic skills in a variety of settings and ways to best fit each individual client. I like to personalize the therapeutic experience to the individual, as no one’s life experience is the same and therapy should be customized to your life. I am excited to begin walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and the life you desire.
