Education
Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Michigan UniversityCredentials
MA, LLPCI believe that mental wellness should be integrated into our lives and not rendered to the sidelines as a separate subject. Modern medicine and psychology have treated the mind and body separately rather than respecting the deep interconnectedness they share. My goal is to approach your mental health with this mind-body connection at the center of our work together.
I believe that by providing a non-judgemental space for clients to process through their struggles and triumphs- deep healing can occur. I seek to collaborate with clients on the modalities and routines that will best serve them in their daily lives and help them cultivate joy.
