Reliant EAP Health Insurance for Counseling

Good news! Most of the therapists at Health for Life Grand Rapids and the Trauma-Informed Counseling Center of Grand Rapids are in-network with Reliant EAP insurance.

Using Reliant EAP insurance with our Grand Rapids counselors is easy. Simply call your Employee’s Assistance Program through Reliant and request your 6 free sessions of counseling with our therapists. Once you do this, please make sure to notify the therapist you are working with that they should be receiving correspondence from Reliant Employee Assistance Program. Once you do that, your counselor will make sure to use our secure service to submit your sessions to Reliant EAP.

Since Reliant EAP is issued from a specific workplace, it is advised that you contact your Reliant EAP insurance and ask them what they cover in terms of “Outpatient Counseling.” Utilizing Reliant EAP for therapy sessions is completely free to you.

Be sure to call your Reliant EAP insurance representative to ask questions about using your insurance for counseling. If your Reliant EAP insurance representative has questions, please have them reference your therapist’s name, or your therapist’s supervisor’s name, or let them know that the official group name is “Intentional Counseling Grand Rapids LLC.”

We look forward to serving you by providing excellent therapy services at this time, while accommodating your insurance plan.
