Using United Health Medicaid Insurance with our Grand Rapids counselors is easy. Simply bring in your United Health Medicaid Insurance card and complete the “new client” insurance form with your therapist. Once you do that, your counselor will make sure to use our secure service to submit your sessions to United Health Medicaid Insurance.
Because Medicaid is a part of the State of Michigan’s MI-Bridges Healthcare Network, your counseling and therapy is completely free. Whether you use your United Health Medicaid Insurance to see a counselor or therapist in West Michigan or if you connect from a different area in Michigan via telehealth and online counseling services, you will never owe a copay or deductible. Your counseling and therapy is completely free as long as you continue to qualify for United Health Medicaid Insurance.
