Paul Krauss MA LPC was asked to provide a few quotations about Phoenix’s escalating violence as a result of young gangs emerging in the suburbs and beating up (and filming) other kids. NBC 12 was particularly interested in Paul’s proposed National Violence Prevention Hotline.
